Who says a suite has to be heated?
The suite is a grand room for sleeping and lounging, with a sofa, romantic bed and sculptures that artists from the Allgäu carve into the ice every winter. The hot tub, a Finnish bathing barrel for two, is all yours. The barrel saunas are shared with the other lodge guests.
You can’t sleep on ice more exclusively than this. There’s only one suite in the lodge, so it pays to book early. The cable car isn’t included in the price; as igloo guests you get a discount on the ride up and down at the valley station.
